Sophie’s English Muffin Parmesan Garlic Breads

A delicious mini-size side dish, appetizer, or snack that will satisfy all of you garlic (and cheese) lovers.  Enjoy.

1 English Muffin, Split

Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled And Minced

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and let it sit in the oil to infuse it.

3. Once the garlic starts to bubble, turn off the heat, and let cool.

4. Spread the garlic-infused oil on the English muffin halves, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, and place the English muffin halves on a piece of tinfoil.

5. Bake until golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy.

Yields: 2 English muffin Parmesan garlic breads
