A delicious dinner inspired by the food that I get in Asian restaurants, which happened to also be one of my Dominican dinners. Enjoy.
5 Frozen Jumbo Shrimp, Thawed, Peeled, Deveined, And Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled And Minced
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Honey
Fresh Parsley Leaves, Washed And Chopped
1. Oil a pan, and add minced garlic. Sauté until slightly browned, and stir in lemon juice, honey, and chopped fresh parsley leaves.
2. Add shrimp, and season with salt and pepper. Let cook, and stir to coat it in the sauce. The shrimp should turn pink.
3. Remove from pan, and enjoy.
Yields: 1 serving
