Blue Apron: Week 19: Day 1

We didn’t get to make our other Blue Apron meal last week, which was verjus-braised chicken with spinach and mashed potatoes, but I didn’t mind.  Today was spinach and mozzarella gnocchi with cheesy garlic bread.  I didn’t get to help make it because I had to go do some reading for school, but it was sooooo good!!!!!  I can’t wait for our other Blue Apron meal this week!!!!!
