Blue Apron: Week 6: Day 1

Last week, my mom ordered Mediterranean beef skewers with roasted shokichi squash and garlic rice and butternut squash and fontina calzones with apple and arugula salad, but we didn’t have time to make any of them, and most of the ingredients, especially the beef, have probably gone bad by now, so we’re just going to use the vegetables for other things.  Today’s recipe was orange chicken with honeynut squash and rice.  My mom had to go to a business dinner in the city, so my babysitter and I made it.  I can’t wait to eat it for dinner!!!!!
