Blue Apron: Week 3: Day 1

Tonight, my mom did all the dicing and slicing, which, as implied by my personal nickname, The Mince Master, is my favorite part for whatever the reason may be (I’m still trying to figure it out).  Anyway, I wasn’t so upset because the actual cooking part is what really counts.  It was sloppy joes with bell pepper and red cabbage-apple slaw, and once we finished, it was sooooo good!!!!!  I can’t wait to make our other Blue Apron recipe for this week!!!!!
