A healthy rice and vegetable stir fry that will be liked by anyone. Enjoy.
2 1/2 Cups Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Scallions, Washed And Thinly Sliced
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced, Divided Use
1/2 Cup Broccoli, Washed And Chopped
1 Cup Cauliflower, Washed And Chopped
Soy Sauce, to taste
Worcestershire Sauce, to taste
White Balsamic Vinegar
Onion Powder, to taste
Ground Ginger, to taste
Dried Chives, to taste
1. Cook the rice according to package directions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest, onion powder, ground ginger, and dried chives.
3. Oil a pan, and add scallions and garlic. Let cook for a minutes on low heat, and add the broccoli and cauliflower. Let cook for a few minutes, and add cooked rice. Stir around in the pan, add the sauce, and stir to combine.
4. Turn off the heat, pour into container, and refrigerate until further use. If not, spoon into bowls, and enjoy.
