Science In The Kitchen For Teens: Day 1: The Science of Taste

Today, we made fresh strawberry lemonade sorbet, kale caesar salad, spaghetti carbonara, and homemade caramel that we’re going to eat tomorrow because it needs to set overnight.  It’s not like BOCES where we brought our food home to eat; at this class, we eat our food there.  Anyway, it was fun, and I think tomorrow’s class is going to be just as good, maybe even better!!!!!
