Today, we made chocolate layer cake that we’re storing in the freezer, pumpkin cake with brown butter icing, best easy chocolate cake, and yellow butter cake. I didn’t get to the yellow butter cake, but Chef said I can do it tomorrow. I was a little upset at first, but now I don’t really mind because we didn’t take it home today anyway. We’re also storing it in the freezer since we’re decorating it on Monday along with the chocolate layer cake. Making cakes, just like any other day in the advanced class, wasn’t as much fun as I thought it’d be, but it’s fine. It’s not such a big deal.
