Culinary Arts Academy: Intermediate: Day 8

Today, we made rustic Italian bread from the biga and dough we made yesterday (I made mine into little “bread babies”), and we also made fresh pasta, including spinach and cheese cannelloni, cheese cannelloni, and fettuccine.  It was a lot of fun to get to use the pasta maker, but I think I overfilled some of my cannelloni!!!!!
