Sophie’s Hash Browns

A delicious breakfast that you’re sure to love, and it only has 3 easy steps.  Enjoy.

1 Russet Potato, Washed, Peeled, And Grated or 1/4 Cup Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes

1 Whole Egg

1/4 Onion, Peeled And Finely Chopped

2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled And Minced

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Dried Parsley Flakes, to taste

Dried Rosemary, to taste

Ground Sage, to taste

1. Squeeze moisture out of grated potato, combine in a medium bowl with egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper, dried parsley flakes, dried rosemary, and ground sage, and form into a patty.

2. Oil a pan, and cook hash brown by frying until golden brown on both sides, flipping when necessary.

3. Remove from pan, and enjoy.

Yields: 1 hash brown
