Sophie’s Meatloaf

A classic recipe for a protein-rich food.  Enjoy.

1 lb Ground Beef

2 Whole Eggs

Breadcrumbs

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Onion Powder, to taste

Garlic Powder, to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Add egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings to the meat. Mix thoroughly by hand.

3. Form into a rectangle, and place in tin.

4. Bake for 40 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, and enjoy.

Yields: 8 servings
