Sophie’s Vanilla Cheesecake

A delicious classic.  Enjoy.

1 9″ Graham Cracker Crust

2 containers Cream Cheese, Softened

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

3 Whole Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ground Cinnamon, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until thick and creamy.

3. Pour into crust, and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.

4. Bake for 55 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, and chill before serving if desired. Cut, and enjoy.

Yields: 1 cheesecake
