A delicious classic with the addition of my two favorite spices. Enjoy.
1 9″ Graham Cracker Crust
2 containers Cream Cheese, Softened
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Whole Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Ground Cinnamon, to taste
a pinch Ground Nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, and ground nutmeg until thick and creamy, pour into crust, and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
3. Bake for 55 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, and chill before serving if desired. Cut, and enjoy.
Yields: 1 cheesecake
